3. Private Commissions & Booking Conditions
- Retainers & Booking Confirmations: To secure a date for a private fine art commission, a non-refundable booking deposit / advance payment is required. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of this payment.
- Artistic Ownership & Usage: Acquisition of a physical fine art print or digital asset confers ownership of the physical medium or specified private display rights only. Copyright and ownership of the original photograph remain exclusively with Bart Coenaers.
- Portfolio Presentation: Following mutual consultation and agreement with the client, selected artworks or portraits may be showcased on the official portfolio page of this website or in private gallery presentations.
4. Limitation of Liability
